The sooner the better! At times, I tend to book out a month in advance for custom orders. As soon as you know you would like cookies for your event I suggest inquiring and placing a retainer down to secure your date!

I have a business account through Square that allows you to securely pay online through an invoice with any credit or debit card you would like! I require a 50% retainer fee to secure your event date that is refundable up to two weeks of the pick up date discussed, and the final 50% is due one week prior to pick up. Make sure you use an e-mail address that you check often! You may also Venmo or PayPal.

Oh no! If you need to cancel your custom cookie order you may do so up until two weeks prior to the pick up date agreed upon. The refund will return to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. There is a 3% non-refundable fee, if paid by credit card.
