Shipping Policy

Our pricing of shipping cookies starts at $15.00, but may increase depending on the size and amount of cookies ordered.

We seal all cookies for freshness and sanitary reasons during shipping. We individually wrap each cookie in bubble wrap, and fill any space with packing material to insure there is no movement of cookies while in transit and plenty of cushion to prevent breaking.

We understand things may happen within transit with the carrier, and we do everything in our power to insure your cookies will get to you safely! But, we cannot be held liable if cookies are broken in transit, pictures will be sent of all decorated cookies before packaging, and before the boxed is sealed.

What is the cost per dozen for custom cookies?

This all depends on the intricacy of the design requested and the flavor of cookie chosen! I am happy to work with you to develop a set that aligns with your budget and expectations. Our pricing includes cookies being heat sealed for freshness and packaged in a bakery box with a window.

How far in advance should I order?

The sooner the better! At times, I tend to book out 2-3 months in advance for custom orders. As soon as you know you would like cookies for your event I suggest inquiring and placing a retainer down to secure your date!

Where are you located?

I am located in NJ. We are a home bakery under the XXX Food Law so we do not have a storefront at this time.

How long does it take for you to decorate custom cookies?

Depending on the intricacy of the designs, it can take anywhere from 3-5 days!

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness that lasts for weeks!

Do you ship?

We do! Shipping starts at $15.00 but may increase depending on location, size of cookies and how many are ordered!

How do I pay?

I have a business account through Square that allows you to securely pay online through an invoice with any credit or debit card you would like! I require a 50% retainer fee to secure your event date that is refundable up to two weeks of the pick up date discussed, and the final 50% is due one week prior to pick up. Make sure you use an e-mail address that you check often! You may also Venmo or PayPal.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Oh no! If you need to cancel your custom cookie order you may do so up until two weeks prior to the pick up date agreed upon. The refund will return to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. There is a 3% non-refundable fee.

How do I get my cookies?

I offer free delivery within a 20 miles radius from Picayune!

There is a $5.00 fee per every extra five miles outside this radius for delivery. If you are quite a distance from Manahawkin, we can discuss an agreement as well!

Pick-up at a discussed location can be made at the time of order as well to avoid delivery fees or if you are not comfortable with delivery.

What if my cookies break when I unpackage them at home?

We pack our cookies with the utmost care, depending on the amount ordered, we will go out of our way to place bubble wrap layers within the box to prevent any injury to cookies shifting around while driving. Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party, it is considered "accepted". Accepted means that you, the client (or your designated party), has looked at the item and is satisfied with it. In the event that we have made a major mistake to the design theme (butterflies instead of dinosaurs for example), and you alert us at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct our mistake before your event, you can choose not to accept the cookies and will be refunded any money already paid for the cookies. While it makes us very sad to make mistakes, and we will never knowingly disappoint you, please remember that we are people not machines!
